Delivery and Returns Information
As soon as your order has been processed, you'll receive an email advising of the expected delivery time. Items we have in stock at our warehouse will take 3 - 5 days, while out of stock items may take longer. We always endeavour to have your order with you as soon as possible.
Your items will be sent to the address you provide when your order is placed (you can double check this on your order confirmation email or by logging into your account). Sometimes, due to stock availability, we may make multiple deliveries to fulfil your order but we will always advise you beforehand. We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom only.
If any of your items arrive damaged, you must notify APCO Energy within 48 hours from the time of delivery. This includes sending us details and evidence of damage/packaging,etc (pictures/photos). Due to strict insurance terms imposed by our couriers, any damages must be notified immediately. Failure to do so will remove any liability from APCO Energy or our couriers and you may be unable to claim any replacement or refund.
At APCO Energy we also offer an Express Delivery service on most of our products. As long as you place your order before 12pm we'll have it with you the next working day! If for any reason we are unable to deliver the next day we'll let you know, and you'll only be billed our standard delivery cost.

*Free delivery excludes items that are over 2 metres in length (including packaging) and/or 25kg in weight, or addresses which require a specialist courier service. These orders may be subject to a separate charge for delivery which will be applied at the basket.
Failed deliveries may be subject to re delivery charge if the customer misses their delivery window.
If you wish to return your order from APCO Energy, or there is a problem, please notify us here immediately. Before returning an item to us, you must provide us with all necessary information stating why you wish to do so. All returns require a returns reference. Without this you will not be refunded. To notify us of any faults or problems with your order please do so by visiting our 'Contact Us' page.
Subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, APCO Energy does not sell products on a trial basis. Please ensure suitability prior to buying.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and providing the goods have been unused, unopened and are in saleable condition, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All returns are fully inspected once they arrive in our warehouse and, if any product is returned in an unsaleable condition, APCO Energy reserves the right to reject any refund or apply a handling charge. We will, however, discuss this with you before taking any action.
Your payment will be refunded as soon as the returned product has been processed. You will only be reimbursed for the delivery costs if the product is faulty, or was a delivery error made by APCO Energy.
